Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the ELVO website at elvo.fun handles information. It is a standalone document. It is not the Terms of Use. The Terms of Use are a separate page at elvo.fun/terms. Connecting a wallet requires you to accept each document on its own.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers the public interface at elvo.fun and the same interface while it is hosted for ELVO. It covers visitors who only read the site and people who connect a wallet to create a campaign, lock, unlock, or claim.

It does not control Robinhood Chain, your wallet vendor, a token contract, a block explorer, or an RPC operator. Those parties receive what their own systems receive when you broadcast a transaction or when your browser requests public chain data. Their privacy notices govern them.

2. Information the site asks you to provide

ELVO does not ask you to create an account, and it does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or a government identifier. The site does not run a know-your-customer check.

The information the interface itself collects is limited:

  • The wallet address your wallet chooses to share after you connect.
  • The chain id your wallet reports, so the interface can tell whether you are on Robinhood Chain.
  • A record, stored in your own browser, that this address accepted the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, together with the time of that acceptance.
  • Campaign inputs you type, such as a token address and a reward amount, which stay in the page until you submit or leave.
  • Optional display preferences stored locally, such as a remembered campaign list for the factory this browser has used.

If you never connect a wallet, we do not receive a wallet address from you. Reading Explore, Docs, these Terms, or this Policy does not require a connection.

3. Acceptance record

When you press Accept and continue, the interface writes an entry in local storage on your device. The entry maps your wallet address to the time you accepted. It is there so the same browser does not ask that wallet again on every visit. It is not an account on a server. Clearing site data for elvo.fun removes it, and the interface will ask that wallet to accept again.

While the review dialog is open, the two checkboxes may be remembered in session storage so you can open the Terms page and this page and return without losing your place. Session storage is cleared when the browser session ends. The checkboxes are not an acceptance until you press Accept and continue.

4. On-chain data

Lock, unlock, claim, approve, and create-campaign actions are transactions on Robinhood Chain. The chain is public. Anyone can see the wallet address, the token, the amounts, and the campaign contract. ELVO does not make that data private, and this policy cannot make it private. Indexers, explorers, and other websites may copy it.

The interface reads that public data to show campaigns, locked balances, pending rewards, and leaderboards. A leaderboard is built from public lock, unlock, and claim logs. It is a view of the chain, not a private profile.

5. What stays in the browser

Besides the acceptance record, the interface may store:

  • A connection chosen by your wallet library, so the site can reconnect on a later visit if you allow it.
  • A local note of campaigns created in that browser, so Explore can show them alongside the factory's on-chain list.
  • A local note of the factory address when the interface is used by a developer on a machine that is not the public site.

This information lives on your device. It is not a customer database. You can remove it in your browser settings for elvo.fun.

6. RPC and chain access

To read balances and to send the transactions you sign, the interface talks to an RPC endpoint for Robinhood Chain. That request includes the call data and, when you send a transaction, the signed transaction. The RPC operator can see the requesting IP address and the content of the call under that operator's own policy. ELVO uses the RPC to operate the interface, not to build a marketing profile.

7. Explorers and token artwork

The interface may ask a block explorer for a token's name, symbol, decimals, or logo, and it may ask a public market-data source for a logo if the explorer does not have one. Those requests include the token contract address. They are used to label a campaign. They are not used to score or sell your identity.

8. Wallets and WalletConnect

If you connect an injected wallet, the connection stays between the page and that extension. If you use a wallet that relies on WalletConnect, that network receives the session data its protocol requires, which can include your address and the permissions you grant. WalletConnect is optional. Injected wallets work without a WalletConnect project. Their handling of data is described in their own policies.

9. Hosting and technical logs

elvo.fun is served as a website. The host may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, user agent, the URL requested, and the time, for security, abuse prevention, and to keep the site available. Those logs are infrastructure records. They are not joined to a name or an email, because the site does not collect those.

The site may set cookies that the host or the wallet library needs for a connection session or for load balancing. The site does not use third-party advertising cookies, and it does not sell browsing data to advertisers.

10. What we do not do

With the information described above, ELVO does not:

  • Sell personal information.
  • Rent a marketing list.
  • Use your wallet address to send unsolicited email or text messages. The site has no email or phone number for you.
  • Make an automated decision about credit, employment, or insurance.
  • Ask you to upload identity documents.

11. Children

elvo.fun is not directed at children. Do not use the site if you are under the age required to enter a contract or to use a self-custodial wallet where you live. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the site does not collect names or emails, the practical step if a child has used a wallet here is to disconnect that wallet and stop using the interface.

12. International use

Robinhood Chain and the website host may process technical requests in countries other than yours. On-chain data is replicated globally by design. If you connect a wallet, you understand that the address and the transactions become public on that network, including to people outside your country.

You are responsible for whether your own law allows you to use the interface. The Terms of Use, on their own page, explain eligibility and restricted use. This policy does not grant permission that those Terms withhold.

13. How long information is kept

The acceptance record and other local keys stay in your browser until you clear them or until the site replaces that storage key. Server logs kept by the host follow the host's ordinary retention for security logs. On-chain transactions stay on Robinhood Chain for as long as that chain keeps them. ELVO cannot delete a transaction that has already been confirmed.

14. Security

The interface is served over HTTPS. Wallet signatures happen in your wallet, not in a password field on this site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You should protect your seed phrase, use a wallet you trust, and reject approvals you did not intend. ELVO will never ask you to type a seed phrase into elvo.fun.

15. Your choices

You can:

  • Use the Docs, Terms, and Privacy pages without connecting a wallet.
  • Disconnect the wallet from the header, or from the review dialog if you do not want to accept.
  • Clear local storage and cookies for elvo.fun in your browser.
  • Refuse a transaction in your wallet. Until you sign, the campaign contract does not move your tokens.
  • Stop visiting the site. Public chain history of transactions you already sent will remain public.

If a law where you live gives you a right to access, correct, or delete personal information, contact the method published on elvo.fun and describe the wallet address and the browser storage you want help with. On-chain data cannot be corrected or deleted by the website. Local storage can be deleted by you immediately, without a request.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting the new text on this page and changing the date at the top. If a change is material, the wallet step may ask you to accept this policy again. The previous sentence does not change the Terms of Use. Those terms change only when that separate page changes.

17. How to read this with the Terms

This policy describes information. The Terms of Use describe the rules of the protocol, creator duties, holder duties, risk, and liability. Neither page is a substitute for the other. Accepting one does not accept the other. Both are required before a connected wallet uses elvo.fun.
