ELVO.FUN
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are a standalone agreement between you and the publishers of the ELVO website at elvo.fun. They are not the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is a separate document at elvo.fun/privacy. If you connect a wallet, you must accept this document and the Privacy Policy separately before you continue.
Last updated: 23 September 2026.
1. Agreement
By opening elvo.fun, connecting a wallet, creating a campaign, locking tokens, claiming a reward, or otherwise using the interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, disconnect your wallet and stop using the site. Acceptance is stored in your browser for that wallet address. A different wallet must accept again.
ELVO is software. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, custodial account, brokerage, or advisory relationship. Nobody at ELVO holds your private keys, and nobody can move tokens out of your wallet except through a transaction you sign.
2. What ELVO is
ELVO is a lock-to-earn protocol on Robinhood Chain. The public website is elvo.fun. A creator opens a campaign through the ELVO Factory. The factory clones one campaign contract and pulls the creator's reward pool into that clone. Holders lock the same token inside the campaign. Each completed period is shared in proportion to locked balances. Holders claim their own rewards. Holders can unlock principal at any time.
The factory and the campaign implementation are smart contracts. Campaign parameters chosen at creation stay fixed. The creator cannot change the token, the reward supply, or the vesting schedule after the campaign exists, and cannot take holder balances or rewards that have already been assigned.
The contracts currently published with the interface are:
- Factory: 0x410C9401A4F026d6E167dcBdECbf6FFfBDF30442
- Implementation: 0xF4dBe127f5934faFFF5A6C9c8D697CEdA6470d50
Those addresses can be read on the block explorer linked from the Docs page. A later deployment, if one is ever published, will be identified in the interface. These Terms apply to the interface and to the campaigns it presents.
3. Who may use the site
You must be able to form a binding agreement in the place where you live. You must not be barred from using blockchain software or from transacting in the tokens you lock. You are responsible for deciding whether ELVO, a particular token, or a particular campaign is legal for you.
You may not use elvo.fun if you are located in, a resident of, or otherwise subject to the laws of a place where access to this kind of software, token locking, or token distribution is prohibited. You confirm that you are not a sanctioned person and that you are not using the site for the benefit of a sanctioned person.
ELVO does not check identity, age, or location for you. That does not remove your duty to stay within the law that applies to you. If a rule in your jurisdiction requires a license, registration, or disclosure before you create or join a campaign, you must satisfy that rule yourself.
4. Wallets
You connect a wallet that you control. ELVO does not create a hosted account, does not take custody of assets, and does not recover a seed phrase. If you lose access to your wallet, rewards and locked principal that sit in a campaign can only be moved by a signature from that wallet, or by whatever the campaign contract itself allows.
You are responsible for every signature. Read the transaction your wallet shows before you confirm it. An approval lets the factory pull the reward amount you set. A lock transfers tokens into the campaign. An unlock returns unlocked principal according to the contract. A claim transfers assigned rewards to your wallet. Gas on Robinhood Chain is paid in ETH from your wallet.
Wallet software, browser extensions, and WalletConnect sessions are third-party tools. Their terms and their security are theirs. ELVO is not responsible for a compromised extension, a phishing site that imitates elvo.fun, or a transaction you approved by mistake.
5. Creators
If you create a campaign, you choose the token, the reward amount, the vesting length, and the distribution interval. Vesting of the reward pool is between 7 and 365 days. The interval is between 1 hour and 30 days, and it cannot be longer than the vesting period. The contract divides the pool into equal periods. A period pays only after it has fully elapsed.
You represent that:
- You have the right to use the token and to fund the reward pool.
- The token is a standard transferable token. Fee-on-transfer and rebasing behavior can make a campaign fail or mis-account, and you will not use those tokens.
- The reward pool is yours to commit. You understand that, while the schedule is active, you cannot withdraw the active reward pool, change the token, or change the schedule.
- You will not describe the campaign as an investment, a profit share, or a promise of price appreciation.
- You will not use a campaign to wash trade, spoof a holder list, or disguise a distribution that the law treats as a security, a lottery, or a prohibited promotion.
After vesting ends, the contract lets the creator withdraw only tokens that were never assigned to holders, including periods in which nobody was locked and rounding dust. Rewards already assigned to holders stay in the campaign until those holders claim them. You have no right to those assigned rewards.
6. Holders
If you lock tokens, you send them into that campaign contract. There is no minimum lock time and no minimum amount other than an amount greater than zero. Unlock returns your locked principal. Unlock does not erase rewards that were already earned. A lock that happens after a period has closed does not earn that closed period. Locking again later earns only later periods.
Simply holding the token in your wallet, outside the campaign, does not earn. You earn only while your balance is locked inside the campaign at the moment a period completes, and only for your share of the tokens locked at that time.
Rewards are not pushed to you. You call claim. Until you claim, the assigned amount stays in the campaign. If you skip several periods, you can claim the accumulated assigned amount in one transaction, subject to gas and to the contract.
7. How a period is shared
Each completed period releases one equal slice of the reward pool. That slice is divided among wallets in proportion to the amount each wallet has locked. A wallet that has locked twice as much receives twice the reward for that period. If nobody is locked, the period is not assigned to holders. Rank on a leaderboard is a display of locked or earned amounts. Payout follows locked balance, not a prize for finishing in a numbered place.
Rounding can leave dust. The interface may show a rounded figure. The contract's integer accounting controls. A displayed estimate is not a promise that a later claim will match the estimate to the last decimal if balances change before the period completes.
8. No advice and no promise of value
Nothing on elvo.fun is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Token prices move. A reward paid in a token can be worth less than the principal you lock, and the principal itself can lose value. Past distributions do not predict later ones. ELVO does not promise yield, a floor price, a listing, liquidity, or that any campaign will attract lockers.
Creators are independent. ELVO does not review, endorse, or underwrite their tokens. A token shown in Explore is there because a campaign contract exists, not because anyone verified the project behind that token. You must do your own review before you approve, lock, or claim.
9. Network, software, and contract risk
Robinhood Chain can congest, reorganize, or become unavailable. The public RPC, the block explorer, and the website host can fail. A transaction can be dropped or can succeed with a different gas outcome than your wallet estimated. Interface data can lag the chain. The chain is the record. If the site and the contract disagree, the contract controls.
Smart contracts can contain defects. A defect can freeze tokens, mis-assign a period, or block a claim or unlock. ELVO is provided as available software. There is no warranty that the contracts or the website are error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular campaign.
The factory owner cannot move campaign funds. Clones are not individually upgradeable through this interface. You still accept the risk of the code that is deployed, including interactions with the token contract you or a creator chooses.
10. Prohibited conduct
You will not:
- Use elvo.fun or a campaign to violate law, including sanctions, fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering.
- Interfere with the website, the RPC, or the contracts, including by flooding requests or attempting to take data you are not authorized to take.
- Impersonate ELVO, elvo.fun, another creator, or another holder.
- Upload or point the interface at a malicious token, a phishing approval, or a contract designed to drain a wallet.
- Use multiple wallets to deceive other participants about who is locking, except that the protocol itself treats each address separately and you remain responsible for that conduct.
- Scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people.
- Bypass the acceptance step, or present a modified interface as elvo.fun.
We may refuse to display a campaign, rate-limit a client, or stop serving the website if we believe this section has been broken. Stopping the website does not by itself move tokens that already sit in a campaign contract. Those tokens remain governed by the contract.
11. Intellectual property
The ELVO name, the ELVO logo, and the visual design of elvo.fun are protected. You may link to the site and you may quote a short passage of these Terms with attribution. You may not copy the logo, the page design, or the interface and present them as your own product. Campaign tokens and their names belong to their own issuers.
The smart-contract source that is published for verification may carry its own license notice. That license, if present, covers the code it names. It does not give you the ELVO brand.
12. Third parties
The site reads chain data through an RPC provider and may read token metadata or logos from a block explorer or a market-data site. Those services have their own terms. A link to a block explorer, a token, or a wallet does not mean ELVO operates that service. Your relationship with a token issuer is between you and that issuer.
13. Privacy
Personal information and on-chain data are described in the Privacy Policy, which is a separate page. These Terms do not replace it. You must accept both. If the two documents speak about different subjects, each one governs its own subject.
14. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE, THE INTERFACE, AND THE PROTOCOL ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ELVO DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT A CAMPAIGN, A TOKEN, OR A REWARD WILL HAVE VALUE OR WILL BE DELIVERED ON A PARTICULAR SCHEDULE BEYOND WHAT THE DEPLOYED CONTRACT ACTUALLY DOES.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ELVO and the people who publish elvo.fun are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens, lost data, or loss of goodwill, whether the claim is in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we were told the loss was possible.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, total liability arising out of the website or these Terms will not exceed the amount of gas fees you paid to use the interface in the three months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is forbidden.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the publishers of elvo.fun against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your campaign, your token, your wallet activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law, except to the extent the claim is caused by our fraud or willful misconduct.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If you keep using elvo.fun after the new version is posted, you accept the update. If a change is material, the wallet acceptance step may ask you to accept again. The deployed bytecode of an existing campaign does not change because this page changes.
18. Stopping use
You may stop at any time by disconnecting your wallet and, if you choose, unlocking principal and claiming assigned rewards. Disconnecting does not delete on-chain history. We may discontinue the website, a feature, or support for a network. Discontinuing the website does not delete a campaign contract that is already on Robinhood Chain.
19. General
If a court holds one part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the complete agreement about the website and the interface. They do not amend the Solidity contracts. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a transfer of the website.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact method published on elvo.fun. Until a contact method is published, the live copy of these Terms on this page is the notice.
